I’m two for three on the validation circut. I validate in strict CSS and my RSS feed validates for .91 as well. The site also looks great in, well, everything except IE for Windows. Clearly because I validate in CSS (which is what’s not working in IE), Exploder can’t stand it.

Comcast still hasn’t fixed our cable modem. Yea olde bastards.

Our house is, on the other hand, nearly in tip top shape. The living room is so much bigger when there’s nothing on the floor. Shocking.

And here it is. =) Pages other than the main one will migrate ASAP.

The new look is almost here. :D If those damn semi-colons didn’t keep disappearing, I’d be done now. Instead, I stopped for a beer, while Brad solved my b0rkedness. Stupid semi-colons. They should just appear! And on another note, I think that my 15″ screen is suddenly too small…7 BBEdit documents open all at once take up too much space, even when cleverly overlapped.

I should finish the site design tonight, if house cleaning doesn’t get in the way. Uploading will happen whenever Comcast gets their asses out here to restore our cable modem. It’s 3pm, and they said they’d be out between 8 am and noon. That promise was made yesterday. Argh. Still no word from them, despite repeated phone calls. It’s so rare that customer service is actually service-related.

• I have finished The Damn Phase 3 Projects which work has required of me. I’m now officially done with my training, and can begin The Next Damn Project and more toward endorsement. By Christmas, sayeth I.
• My brother got an iBook, which I set up for him, and loaded with software-y goodness. Including the first ever MS Office suite I’ve ever legally owned. Meep.
• Blog redesign has been stalled by weird work schedule. Work continues on the design side, but the CSS side hasn’t gotten anywhere.
• Dan is a hell of a photographer. The second image is now my desktop image, and it rules.
• Speaking of ruling, Raena’s site redesign looks hawt, though I read her wranglings with Wordpress and am content with my utter simplicity. ;)
